Using LaTeX in Math Forum

The Math Forum in Mathematical Database (MD) supports LaTeX. It has excellent typesetting capabilities and deals with mathematical formulas as well as text.

To insert an inline equation, we type two $ and include the equation in between. Display equation should be typed between [ and ]. Here is an example:
